Malgre Tout Primary highlights.

On day 2, we journeyed 7 miles outside of Georgetown to a small village called Malgre Tout on the West Bank of Demerara. This quaint location sits between Versailles and Klein Pouderoyen, and you could almost miss it if you are going too fast. At Malgre Tout Primary, we were met by the warmhearted, caring Principal Miss Suzette Peters and teacher Miss Bibi Bassier, an advocate for the Character Counts program at the institution. Miss Bassier is also an executive of the We Are GUTSY Guyana Organisation. Ciara Abraham, our first winner in the Character Champion Initiative, attends Malgre Tout Primary. We were delighted to present Ciara with a gift certificate for her outstanding essay on Civility. Two other students, Khadijah Harding and Torell Paul, were also honoured for their compositions.
